Owner Tom Coates has a long-standing history of innovative construction from the time he was a young boy. He started construction at the age of twelve, by building his mother a hen house. At eighteen he found himself overseeing and participating in the building of a pig bar, a high tech one in those days with insulated floors and slatted slurry channels. Formed a construction company in Canada and created many borders and patterns in tile, marble, granite, slate, brick and stone. Found himself and his innovative designs featured in many glossy magazines and stores. Moved to Texas in the early 80's and continued building houses and contracting. Many of his clients have become good friends and a big percentage of his work comes from word of mouth testimonials.
